AutoDub provides AI-powered video dubbing services that enable users to create multilingual versions of their video content. The Service allows users to upload videos and generate dubbed versions in various languages using artificial intelligence.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload to the Service. This includes ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use, modify, and distribute the content you submit for dubbing.

Copyright Compliance: You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have obtained all necessary rights to the video content you upload
  • Your use of the Service does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • You will not upload content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

4. Limitation of Liability

AutoDub is not responsible for any copyright infringement caused by users. We do not monitor, review, or verify the ownership or legality of content uploaded by users. Any legal consequences arising from copyright infringement are the sole responsibility of the user who uploaded the infringing content.

If we receive a valid copyright complaint regarding content on our platform, we reserve the right to:

  • Remove the allegedly infringing content immediately
  • Suspend or terminate the user account associated with the content
  • Provide the complainant's information to the alleged infringer as required by law

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
